What time can I check-in / checkout of my room?
Guests can check-in anytime after 2pm, with checkout at 10am on the day of departure.
(An early check-in and/or late check-out can be requested, however there is no guarantee and this is dependent on availability).

Can I smoke in my accommodation suites?
