Junior Sous Chef
The Lakes Resort Hotel is looking for a new energetic chef to join the team in an exciting busy kitchen.
The successful candidate will be competent in all areas of a large kitchen running multiple dining outlets.
We are seeking a career minded person that is driven to produce high quality food and help lead our brigade of young chefs.
This will be a salaried position and will consist of a five day/night roster over a seven day week.
Experience in a large kitchen preferred but not essential. Full Time or Part Time Position available. Will be require to work weekends.
Casual Chef
Trade Qualified Chef required to work with in a team environment. Versatile work environment, with training support.
Anywhere from 15 to 25 hours a week, will be required to work weekends.
