The Cameron Room and Brebner Room are most suitable for small meetings such as committee meetings and interviews or as a breakout room.
Although these rooms don't have lake views they boast state of the art conference technology and modern decor throughout. With both of these rooms located amongst our accommodation suites, guests can access these rooms via the elevator or fire exit stairs.

The Southbank Room is one of our most popular function rooms here at the hotel and boasts Ceiling to Floor windows which fully overlook the lake with plenty of natural lighting. It is a multi purpose meeting rooms for smaller and medium sized events, equipped with Audio Visual technology.

· Open Oval Style setup – Maximum of 48 people

· Cocktail Style setup – Maximum of 60 people

With the use of the Annex your group has more space to move around, and an area to hold their catering in the area for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea plus also allow access to the Terrace Area.

The Northbank Room is located on the ground floor and is a multi purpose meeting rooms for smaller and medium sized events, equipped with Audio Visual technology.
· Theatre Style setup – Maximum of 50 people
· Open Oval Style setup – Maximum of 40 people
· U Shape Style setup – Maximum of 22 people
With the additional hire of the Annex this would not increase the capacity numbers, but would allow for natural lighting which the Northbank Room does not have alone. This would then give you group and area for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea catering and allow access to the Terrace Area.
Lakefront Banquet Room ($500.00 per day)
The Lakefront Banquet Room is one of our most popular function rooms here at the hotel and boasts Ceiling to Floor windows which display spectacular lakefront views with plenty of natural lighting. Suitable for medium sized events, the room can also cater for multifunctional meeting rooms with adjustable walls to facilitate varying capacities and configurations.

· Open Oval Style setup – Maximum of 110 people

The Lakeside Function Centre is the largest function room here at the hotel and has spectacular lakefront view and use of our large Terrace area with outdoor seating. The Lakeside Function Centre is suitable for those looking for larger Conferences, Meetings or Trade Shows, equipped with Audio Visual technology.
