Situated on the ground floor, the Northbank Room has been designed with small to medium sized events in mind. Although this room has very little natural lighting and is without a lakefront view, it is ideal for corporate events which require a comfortable area for data presentations and the like.

Although the Annex does not increase the Northbank Room's seating capacity (the Northbank Room and Annex are separated by two structural pillars which can restrict additional seating) it allows ample natural lighting which the Northbank Room does not have alone. The Annex also provides an area for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea as well as access to an outdoor terrace / balcony.

When the Southbank Room, Northbank Room and Annex combine we refer to this area as the Lakefront Banquet Room.

Put simply, the Lakefront Banquet Room is spectacular. This room boasts floor to ceiling windows that not only provide breathtaking views but an abundance of natural light. Complete with modern yet sophisticated decor this room is guaranteed to impress even the most conservative guest.

Suitable for medium sized events, the Lakefront Banquet Room has been fitted with internal operable walls which create a multifunctional area to accommodate varying capacities and configurations
