Terms & Conditions

The above rates are based on single or twin share accommodation with any additional guests priced at $30 per person, per night (maximum of 4 guests).

All 'Clipsal 500' accommodation bookings, whether allocated in a group or made by the individual, must be confirmed by a 50% non-refundable deposit upon making the reservation with full payment required by the 31st January 2010 (bookings will not be held after this time without full payment).

In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, a minimum cancellation fee of one room night will apply.

In addition, refunds will not be granted for any cancellations 24-hours before arrival (therefore full payment will be lost).

The 'Clipsal 500' package is subject to availability and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
